AGRI 1122 Swine Technician
Description
Swine Technician introduces students to the swine industry and the importance of pork quality assurance for employees when entering the workforce. Emphasis of the course will be food safety, animal well-being, public health, and the work environment. When students complete this course, they will be Pork Quality Assurance certified.
