1. Research the various dimensions of being a leader in today’s organizations

2. Describe fundamental transformations facing today’s leaders

3. Outline personal traits and characteristics associated with effective leaders

4. Identify how major personality dimensions influence leadership and relationships within organizations

5. Differentiate between motivating others based on fear or love

6. Apply the principles of stewardship and servant leadership

7. Define vision and mission and their impact on the organization

8. Identify factors that play a role in employee engagement

9. Explain the influences of verbal and non-verbal communication

10. Develop an awareness of the dimensions of diversity
