Familiarity with health-related needs of communities and cultural considerations will be related to the CHW role of liaison and the skill of connecting clients and appropriate community resources.

4. Prescribe effective strategies for collaborating with relevant healthcare providers and community agencies.

5. Assist clients and healthcare providers by advocating for cultural humility and health literacy to improve outcomes.

6. Apply networking skills to ensure proper resources and referrals of services for clients and their families.
